Madrid to Mexico

June sees the completion of our consumer focused training sessions with MSN.  Over the last several weeks we've worked in Madrid, Paris, Milan, Seattle, and Toronto before concluding the tour in Mexico City.  It's been a great success and together with our client at MSN we're already planning the next programme!

Our latest workshops for MSN/Microsoft focus on Consumer loyalty and how to drive great customer experiences in the very competitive online world.  This workshop is planned for international delivery in 2009 including Canada, South America, Asia, and Europe.

Management development training

Our StepStone management development training programme is progressing very well with several sessions now successfully delivered in Brussels, Amsterdam, and Dusseldorf.  More planned for 2009 including Copenhagen and the UK.

Corporate story telling

We ran a session for GfK in December about how to tell stories in a corporate environemnt, in order to support sales pitches, research presentations etc.  We brought our story to life by including Etienne Pradier (our professional magician colleague) and Elsbeth Johnson.  Elsbeth is a customer experience "guru" with a background in investment banking and politics (including a few years as a "spin doctor" in the Blair government!).  She now runs her own company - contact her at elsbeth.johnson@ginestho.com

Teambuilding workshop in Taipei

August saw us complete a very successful teambuilding workshop for MSN in Asia.  The session was held in Taiwan and included attendees from all across the region.

We're very excited to announce our appointment by two new customers to design and deliver management development programmes.  Work has begun with both StepStone (one of the world’s largest providers of online services and on-demand e-recruitment) and GfK/NOP (National Opinion Polls).
