This workshop is planned for international delivery in 2009 including Canada, South America, Asia, and Europe. More planned for 2009 including Copenhagen and the UK. Corporate story tellingWe ran a session for GfK in December about how to tell stories in a corporate environemnt, in order to support sales pitches, research presentations etc. We brought our story to life by including Etienne Pradier (our professional magician colleague) and Elsbeth Johnson. Elsbeth is a customer experience "guru" with a background in investment banking and politics (including a few years as a "spin doctor" in the Blair government!). The session was held in Taiwan and included attendees from all across the region. May 05 StepStone and GfK/NOPWe're very excited to announce our appointment by two new customers to design and deliver management development programmes. Work has begun with both StepStone (one of the world’s largest providers of online services and on-demand e-recruitment) and GfK/NOP (National Opinion Polls).
